Submit your Paper
Each author with an accepted abstract is now asked to submit the Full paper by April 8, 2024 April 22,
2024 according to the given template in
Indico
A typical paper is about 6 pages in length.
You will receive final acceptance of your Full paper by May 15, 2024 June 17, 2024. During this
time you
will be contacted if the reviewers request clarifications/changes/modifications to your
paper. You will then have time to adapt your paper.
For the paper to be included in the scientific program, at least one author must be
regularly registered
for the World Congress by the Early Bird registration deadline,
June 30, 2024.
All Full papers will be collected via the conference management tool Indico.
After the World Congress, the contributions will be published in the journal “Measurement: Sensors” as an open access conference proceedings in a special issue. Only papers presented at the conference, either as oral or poster presentations, will be published. In order to publish their contribution, the main authors must sign the copyright agreement from Elsevier, the publisher of “Measurement: Sensors,” by July 10, 2024. Please note that contributions will only be published if a signed copyright agreement is provided.
Elected papers will also be considered for publication as extended versions in the Journal "Measurement" afterwards.
To submit a Full paper, please follow the steps described below.
Latest submission of final corrected paper: June 24, 2024.

Please use the English language for your personal data and contributions.
- Click on Submit your Paper on our IMEKO2024 website.
- Login to your Indico account
- In your overview under Call for Abstract, you should see My abstracts.
- Click on the title of your abstract.
- Click on Go to contribution when you are ready to submit the corresponding Full paper.
- Click on Submit paper.
- Upload your Full paper as MS Word Document (DOCX).
- And finally click on Save.
